Leader, Brand & Product Designer, Strategist, Entrepreneur, Facilitator, Husband, and beloved Father.  

Joacim comes from a long, long history of builders! Builders of machines, roads, homes, businesses, products, and teams. He has spent the last 20 years creating digital communication, products, and solutions used by people all over the world! 

Driven by a strong curiosity and creative drive with a focus on solving all different kinds of challenges. During his youth, he usually expressed that through his strong interest in architecture, cinematics, photography, and the need of building and creating things with his hands! 

The first decade of his career was spent working with super exciting startups, scale-ups, and agencies where he learned the skill sets that would shape him into the professional he is today.

Today he is still building things, but it is more focused on people, business, and change. His experiences from different industries and organizations combined with his design, product, communication, and team development skills have put him in a great position to advise organizations on how to explore, define, build great businesses, products, services, and teams.

He leads by example, always eager to empower other leaders and teams through mindsets for change and tools to increase the phase of innovation. 

The secret: When he´s not working or learning, he spends his time on his little and fierce family as well as playing golf, tennis, cooking, hanging out with friends testing out new experiences! 

Btw. learning never stopped, he invests alot in learning and finding ways to elevate himself and others around him. By putting himself out there, emphasizing, setting goals, doing alot of experiments, and using life as a canvas.

Ultimately, he really values being around and learn from amazing people!
